What should I do for Melie Loyalty Membership? You are automatically enrolled in our membership program with your first purchase, and you can use the points you accumulate on your next purchase.
How does the points system work? For every purchase you make on the Melie website, you earn points equivalent to 5% of your basket total. You collect 1 Melie Point for every 1 TL you spend. For example, if you make a purchase worth 1000 TL, you will earn 50 TL worth of points. Your earned Melie Points are displayed in the "My Account" section after your order has been delivered. Points are deducted for canceled or returned orders. If an order is partially returned, only the value of the returned item’s points is deducted.
Where can I see my accumulated points? Your points are automatically recorded in your account and can be viewed in the "My Account" section.
How can I use my points? You can use your points on your next Melie purchase.
Do I need to reach a certain amount to use my points? You can use points equivalent to 50% of the total basket amount on each purchase.
Can I purchase gift vouchers with my accumulated points? You cannot convert your points into gift vouchers.
